Hollard insurance service is poor
I lodge a claim with Hollard MotorXtender and by looking at the rate of complaints seems like they do intentionally to drag their feet and try to find reason not to pay your claim, I got this and still waiting :- Hello from Hollard. We have registered your claim no. ***. Please refer to this number in all communication. Questions? Please call ***.
