Hollard Insurance Service Excellence

My father passed away on the 29th of November 2018 and he and my mother has a funeral insurance policy plan at Hollard Insurance. On the day he passed away I contacted Hollard and they immediately informed me of what documentation they needed for the policy to pay out. We got all the necessary documentation on Thursday the 6th of December. I e-mailed it through to Hollards at about 17:00 and Tlholohelo Mohlaunli phoned me shortly afterwards at about 17:30. She confirmed that all the documents were in order and that the policy would pay out in about 48 hours. Seeing as it was close to the weekend it might take a bit longer. The memorial service was the next day and to our amazement the Hollards paid out at about 11:30. It didn't even take a day for the policy to pay out. Tlholohelo even went the extra mile by making sure that my mother now pays less on her funeral insurance policy but that the benefits stays the same. This helps her a lot as she is dependent on the little pension money she receives. When we were contacted later in December by Hollard that my mother's policy will change due to my father passing away and my mother being older than 65 we just contacted Tlholohelo and she sorted out the policy as the department who contacted us were not aware that arrangements were already made. I want to thank Hollard Insurance and especially Tlholohelo for their excellent service. If all service providers, whether private or public could function at this high level, our country would have a lot less problems.
