Hollard insurance run around

I've been waiting 2 weeks for Hollard insurance for my phone and have been given the run around everytime. The number I was given to contact *** they tell me they are unable to assist and give me a number *** and the number does not go through I have tried contacting from multiple different mobile devices almost all the networks and still nothing. I am disappointed as I am unable to feed my family for this 2 weeks as I am an uber driver awaiting them to respond. All I needed was for them to update my information as I cannot login to get information on my new device.
