Hollard Insurance - *******

I am so extremely disgusted once again by Hollard Insurance, apparently there is a replacment excess of R1000 plus a normal excess of R500 on my policy, which i was NOT aware of. I have been paying for 3 x portable phones since April this year and NOW i get told about this. It's truly shocking how companies like YOU, insurance companies take people for a ride. I want this policy cancelled in January 2020 and want the portable items (phones) to be taken off with immediate affect and NOT to be charged for them again.
