Hollard Insurance Poor Service

Hi Can someone advise how to deal with Hollard Insurance company? I have been trying to contact them as they are not keeping their side of the contract we signed, but on monthly basis they take our premiums without fail? I am disappointed to have chosen this company. Hope you don't do the same mistake
