Hollard Insurance Poor Service

I have never dealt with such unprofessional people in my life before.. Firstly there is no superior on the floor to oversee the agents who clearly don't know what they are doing. I have been busy with them every day for 3 days now trying to sort out the funds they were supposed to pay out for the funeral and guess what, it's still not even captured.. Funeral is tomorrow and they never even touch my documents... They should be closed down for messing with people's lives like this...
