Hollard insurance Ooba personal.

Good day. Horrific experience with Hollard Insurance. A person by the name of Clemond phoned me in connection a claim i lodged after I had rain damage. A very aggressive individual by the name of Clemond called me on the 10th of October to discuss the claim. (I recorded the call) Next thing I new I was verbally attacked by this individual and accused of cursing at him. The latter is so far removed from the truth it is actually scary, as per taped conversation which I have in my possesion. I went to see a law expert and was advised to make a case of Crimen injuria and defamation of character. I toiled with the idea and eventually decided against it. That same individual phoned me again on the 19th of October 2017 and AGAIN ACCUSED ME OF SWEARING AT HIM!!!! Again I do have the recording. I will not stand for this bully tactic of neither Hollard Insurance nor Ooba.

With regards to my claim, well. Unspeakable bad service. I have never dealt with individuals more ***********. They have no sympathy for any of your concerns after a natural disaster wrecked havoc at your place. Left on my on devises to fix or organize the fixing of all problems that occurred. Please be so kind to assist me with the companies at question. I am at my wits end.
