Hollard insurance not delivering

A claim was lodged 19 Feb. Was approved and response promised No response received About 10 days ago responded to my call that payout would be done in cash as service provider let them down.Called again on Thursday as no follow up received.Was told money will be in bank latest Monday as it was sent only on Tuesday last week Today when I phoned was told a mistake on claim from claims dept to finance cause delay.Was now send again today!!!Payment can then be made . I am so ready to move my insurance to a more reputable company who will deliver on their promises.Request to speak to a manager is being ignored
