hollard insurance NCR is not 3 years .. its 3 years and 2 months ..

I have motor vehicle insurance with hollard who promised me a no claim reward after 3 years and the end date of this is 26 may 2019 as per the letter received from hollard ... I called hollard now to confirm the pay out date which has now suddenly moved to 24 july , (2 months later) so this is an actual fact all lies , its not 3 years , its 3 years and 2 months of no claims , how is this ok?
