Hollard insurance is nonsense!!

The Consultants at hollard call centre are very ***********, they are clueless about their job neither do they know what they’re doing. All they know is to keep sending me from one department to another and when yoy tell them that you have been transferred from a certain department to a certain department they will want to transfer you back and if you try to explain they cut your call. They waste your airtime calling them only for them to hang up your calls. No one will ever assist you with anything. My car has been in a storage for two months and in that two months I’ve been calling each day and no one could help me up until today. Hollard only prioritises people on comprehensive cover when you are on limited cover you get all sorts of mistreatment and the worst service ever!! Do not choose Hollard!!
