Hollard insurance is ****

I have compressive car insurance with hollard which include car hire.My car was hijacked on the 4th August and recovered but unfortunately it was damaged and bumped someone's wall, I claimed for my car and the 3rd party only to be told that I am not covered for 3rd party by the lady named Nadene buys and I have been trying to get hold of them they always tell me the lady is not available.i olso requested courtesy car since it was included in my cover they said they are organizing or requesting for me and after a day they told me my cover do not have courtesy car.hollard is a **** and they do not want to pay.
