Hollard insurance – fully covered no payment

A small car accident occurred on Dec 15,2017, claim went through for my car, no problem. However, Hollard did not pay the 3rd party’s claim. All detail was entered correctly, pictures and all documentation. I was given a letter of demand, which I forwarded to my insurance broker. Insurance wanted to make a settlement which was never materialised. Further I received a summons for the small claims court. Forwarded to brokers. Hollard replies can’t help me in small claims court. Hollard not impressed with you handling this case. You wasted a lot of my time. My policy covers all, so settle this claim immediately
