Hollard Insurance exploiting pensioner and not wanting to give her a new phone

Hollard Cell C insurance is a real ****. My mom, 67 year old, has been paying insurance for her phone for years. Her phone was snatched and when she claimed insurance for a new one, she was sent from pillar to post. Eventually Hollard rejects her claim and the reason for the reject is " You must be honest". Really? How did you determine that she was dishonest when you didn't even ask her the relevant questions and she was sent from all over the show. Hollard claims she was using the phone post the date of claiming. Why did Cell C not block the phone when they assisted her with the claim?

Please stop being a **** company and give my mom her new phone? It has been great receiving her premium and now you make up stories when you need to give her phone back?
