Hollard Insurance don't care about Small Businesses
I had 2 vehicles ****** 8 months ago in March 2023, and they took nearly 2 months to assess, a further 4 months to do nothing substantive. I always had to follow up and chase them up in the process. I have eventually filed a claim with the Insurance Ombudsman, but the OSTI told me that it will take 6 months to a year to give me a finding. Their delays have cost me nearly R400K to date, and I honestly think their tactic is to wait for me to run out of money and be forced to close my business.
