Hollard Insurance Concord Food and Drug - Settle your Medical Liability

We administered Swimmer Ear (a Over the Counter Medicine produced by Concord Food and Drug) into my son's ear after he complained about water-in-the-ear feeling after swimming. The Product contains Surgical Spirits (was unknown to us) and the product has no pamphlet indicating contents ,recipe for use etc. The Surgical spirits flowed through a perforation in his eardrum and caused permanent damage to his inner ear. Hollard Insurance ,the Insurer for Concord Food and Drug, now does not want to take responsibility for the pain and suffering and medical negligence claim against Concord. I took the liberty to bring this matter to the attention of SAHPRA-- The product has no pamphlet indicating the contra-indications , recipe for use , is being sold unlicensed etc. The product caused permanent damage to my son's inner ear. SAHPRA found that the product was indeed being sold unlicensed and ********ly and Concord Food and Drug now has to recall all the Swimmer Ear Products and it must be destroyed under their supervision. I need help in getting my son compensated by Hollard/Concord Food and Drug, because Hollard refuses to take responsibility. Anybody please assist.
