Hollard Insurance Company is ****!

I've reached my thin line for the level of tolerate for Hollard Insurance! They are one insurance company that I will never refer to anyone, I don't even know why they are still in business. Its been over a week that I've been asking for POP for a payment that they claim to have made on my behalf. What is so difficult about sending via email POP unless the payment was never done and its all a big fat lie. I'm disgusted by the way they treat their customers!
