Hollard insurance & Brolink the worst service - totally disgusted

I have emailed on several occasions and left numerous messages to obtain a copy of a damage report. Nobody seems to care at Brolink. Quick to deduct premiums but when you need their help, they go silent. Hoping to at least get a return call now that this post is up. TCF seems to be absent in this organization
