Hollard Insurance - Bad service

My Truck was involved on an Accident ,where front of the truck was smashed, i reported the accident to my Broker Libra ( Tommy) who confirmed that my insurance is Hollard (HOL***) after collecting my Truck from the Panel beater we found that my truck keep on taking it self out of gear when your at the stop Sign, recommendation from the broker was to send the Truck to Mercedes Benz dealer which then they confirm the part which was broken , i then allowed the dealer to repair with the hope that the insurance will refund me , first argument was they didn't work on the Gear Box ,which i then send proof with picture where the panel beater found a crack on my gear box, which they asked me if they can just repair the crack or we wait for insurance to replace the whole unit , i confirm in writing and say if it will work you can fix with your recommendation, Now have been waiting for refund for almost a Month Graig Fancis keeps on telling my Broker that the broken part have been taken to the specialist who will then give a report . before that they asked for report from the dealer where i fixed my truck report was provided but still insurance was not happy with the report they have sent to the specialist . i am receive a very bad service from this insurance, my business have to fix accident related issues .
