Hollard Insurance are the worst ********

Hollard Insurance are the worst ********. I have a building insurance policy with Hollard for the last 2 years. I’ve never claimed. I submitted a claim on 15 November 2019 for a leaking roof. It’s the 19th December and my claim is still not finalized. They sent an accessor out after numerous calls and still nothing. They do not call back. They do not follow up! They religiously take your premium each month but will not settle a claim. Do not insure with Hollard! I
