Hollard Insurance abuse cutomer loyalty
My wifes car has been insured with Hollards since 2007, but yesterday, they informed her by SMS, that her policy had been transfered to Dotsure, despite them posting an annual premium update in January. They say they've emailed her when they don't have her email address! Have Hollard gone rogue?
