Hollard Insurance
Can someone please shine a light on a problem i have with HOLLARD INSURANCE.So on the 12 April 2023 a lady reversed into my car in a parking lot.She left her name and number on my windscreen.I had to pay R5000.00 excess on my insurance but it was not even my fault.Since April until now Hollard Insurance did not pay anything to my insurance because they claim that it was partly my fault.HOW can it be my fault if my car was standing still.Can someone just please answer that for me?Now my insurance is gonna summons the driver off the other vehicle.
