Hollard - How to rob our customers

So interesting story, I have been a Hollard customer for many many years. Probably in the reagion of 6 - 10 years. And I have never really claimed except for the last 2 years. I have paid my premiums as normal and life has been good. Now they send me an increase for 65% of my premium? As they say they have lost 65% over the past 3 years. So i can understand that. So my question is, if i dont claim for 3 years will they reduce my premium by the 100% they have made? No. They definately did not do that for the first 3-7 years i was with them? Insurance is about economies of scale, you lose some, but you win most. They need to be fair, if they want to raise it by this much, when i dont claim they should reduce it. Sure fire way to completely **** off "ex-loyal" customers. Will be looking for hopefully a more honest insurer.

Afternoon Lynne

Hope you are well?

Just wondering if you have had a look at this as my insurance brokers say they have heard nothing back?

Regards

Justin
