Hollard- Horrible service and undermining their clients.

My claim was not attended more than a month, which is beyond their turn around time. Eventually my claim was rejected unfairly after not responding for a month and the review process was depended on those old bases. The review process did not to seek additional new information. They **** saying the item claimed for was not insurable, however the item is insurable as per the policy.
