HOLLARD Hangs Their Clients High and Dry !

Recently when my wife submitted a claim to HOLLARD to replace her car side window, which was broken in smash & grab incident, HOLLARD rejected her claim. Turns out that HOLLARD some time ago offloaded her insurance policy to another company, without any notification, communication, nothing ! But this insurance premiums are still being paid and are up to date. Attempts to resolve this issue with HOLLARD failed as HOLLARD is not providing details of the new policy held by the other company. It looks like we will end up taking HOLLARD to court ! HOLLARD behavior is reprehensible and must be published widely on all social media to warn general public. No wonder HOLLARD rating in the market is close to ZERO !
