Hollard empty promises

<p>I claimed for money back on funeral insurance policy on 18 April. I was promised payment in 7-10 working days. I phoned on 3 May to enquire and was told to email copy of ID and 3 month bank statement. I did that. Since then i phone everyday and they tell me that my claim was paid on the 3rd of May. I send them my statement everyday. I have been to 2 of their branches here in Cape Town and they are absolutely useless to say the least. The person who replies publicly here does not even bother to reply private emails. The call centre agents are clueless. </p>
