Hollard Edcon Claims

Hi, I have a problem with Hollard Edcon Claims regarding my cell phone insurance claim with ***. I've been trying to call them to launch the claim from 27 October 2020 but they're not answering my calls.They put me on the machine since the 27th October till to date waisting my airtime for nothing. Like I've not paid them, they treated me like am nothing, I waisted my money and I trusted them for such silent behavior, am enough!
