HOLLARD DOESN'T CARE
I'm currently insured with Hollard Insure. I was involved in an accident August already, where someone drove into my car. Hollard repaired my vehicle, and I paid the excess. I'm trying to recover my excess from OutSurance, as the lady who drove into me is insured with them. Unfortunately, OutSurance told me that Hollard's legal department needs to contact them.
However, Hollard informed me that I'm 75% liable for the accident, and they haven't even submitted a claim. I was expecting a call from Hollard's legal department since Friday, December 6th, but I haven't received any update.
I'm planning to escalate this matter to the ombudsman and cancel my insurance policy with Hollard. Given that Hollard has already paid for my vehicle's repairs, they will ultimately lose out. I would appreciate it if someone could call me to discuss this matter further.

After an argument, I suggested speaking with someone more senior, but no one was available. Is Hollard's management structure so limited that there's only one "manager" or "senior"? I informed the operator that I plan to cancel my insurance, pointing out that Hollard has already paid for my vehicle's repairs, resulting in a loss for the company. The operator agreed, stating it's fine for me to cancel.
I further requested that a manager call me today between 8 and 9. Considering the circumstances, this seems like the least Hollard can do. However, the operator claimed it's impossible. Following a prolonged argument, the operator abruptly hung up on me. What kind of service does Hollard provide? Simply because the third party presents a different account, Hollard seems unwilling to investigate. Did your legal department even obtain the accident report from the police station?

That's the latest feedbacks I've received from Hollard.
Still no phone call from any senior.
