Hollard does not like to pay Claims - very unhelpful

Consultants will call you and sell you a policy, Hollard is very quick to proceed with the debit order monthly. However when it comes to the Claim, they want to pull out all the rule books and fine prints. I Have been trying to sort out my claim since April and have lodged my 2nd complaint with the call centre (very unhelpful) and no response.

If you are thinking of taking anything with Hollard, my advice is don’t go there.. very unhelpful bunch. I will not be surprised if i get no response from writing this review.
