Hollard does not like to pay claims

i have a claim with Hollard for water damage to to home they repudiated my claim but fail to give me the assessor report when you call the office the person handling your call does not speak to you directly he is always busy and gets the person who answers the call to give you a message Wonder why the report is not available to me i hear Hollard has been rejecting most house hold claims for rain and hail damage
