Hollard disappoints

I was skeptical when my broker said a Hollard assessor is coming to review my damages. He arrived and I explained I want BMW Secunda to repair my BMW X5 but he insisted that their Potchefstroom Repair Centre / Panelbeater can handle the repairs professionally. I am always concerned with parts beings swapped out and such with these placed. He promised to send a tow truck to collect the vehicle and will arrange for the delivery of a rental vehicle here at my address. Now cometh the day and hour, they collect my vehicle, but the rental company calls and says I must pay R650 to deliver the rental car and also R650 to collect the car. This is not what the Hollard assessor promised me. I should have trusted my gut and taken the vehicle directly to BMW. Hollard is disappointing me, and I sense this is just the beginning of a nightmare to unfold. Watch this space
