Hollard deducting money from my account without my consent

Hollard insurance has been debiting my account without my permission for the passed 2 months using my standard bank vehicle access finance as a way to do so. no consent from my side, NOTHING! I do not understand where they got my banking details from or why they decided to start debiting my account. The amount they deducted from my account was R1 174.16 per month for 2 months. I have spoken to an agent at standard bank who was very helpful in this matter and assured me that hollard will refund me the money. I would like to thank you Immelda Mapute for helping me.
