HOLLARD
I have phoned 2 other Insurance companies this morning one being Momentum and one being Old Mutual. Both of these put me on hold for between 9 and 15 minutes and one disconnected me. I then tried Hollard, what a PLEASURE. I was on hold for under 1 minute, transferred immediately to the correct department. My query was resolved in a polite, professional and speedy manner. Congratulations Hollard on your superb service.
