Hollard Customer Service is Not Existent Anymore

Hollard has shown me terrible service recently, I contacted them by email, then phoned and asked for a legal consultant to call me back, after days I received nothing, no response. I decided let me log a compliant on their website, I did so early this morning, however its evening now and still nobody is even contacting me.

Hollard Legal used to be great, I got answers quickly, their response time was quick, but it seems over the past 6 years the service has been declining. I am extremely upset and starting to wonder what I pay them for? If they do not respond soon I may consider moving to another legal insurance.
