Hollard conducting business outside expected moral obligations

Hi All, be careful when you think of insuring with Hollard and if you are already insured with them monitor your debit orders on money basis. I have recently found out that Hollard is debiting un-authorized amount and when i try to contact them (on three occasions) i just get an automatic reply from their no-reply account acknowledging my mails. As always, an insurance company acting as expected trying to maximize their profit knowing that they have financial muscle to drag things thru courts. Be careful and be warned.
