Hollard Claimscard

I think everyone should be made aware of this: I've recently had a claim at Hollard, I replaced my ****** goods as I saw a great deal of the camera set I lost over the weekend. That Monday I was told that someone from IT sure will call me to arrange delivering a replacement camera set, the value was so fishy, wondered why a camera worth R27 000 would be the value of +|- R18 000 at IT sure. I raised that I had replaced the items, my handler advised that well she's already arranged with IT sure so their just going to send a second camera, I further raised that the value they are settling is impossible, she never rep**** that day, getting back to me the next day saying she's sorry they made a mistake the value will now be R25 749 and that she'll sent me another voucher from Takealot, asked her the implications of these vouchers and reminded her that I actually already have a new camera set. She said they don't do cash in lieu anymore. She then lastly said that she will send me a claimscard worth this amount, and that was the last thing she said. I started receiving smss notifying me that such a voucher is on the way and it's limited to certain shops etc. Now I'm stuck with a new camera and a R25 749 voucher. I've thought of taking the camera back for cash, but the problem is that I've used it already. I've thought of calling the company I brought it from and request the to register their shop at claims card so that I can give them this credit for cash, the company refused and that process will take months. I don't know what I can do, I've been texting people asking them if I can give them the card for cash and nobody seems to be wanting so much credit on a card. I cannot begin to express how much this has inconvenienced me. I called claims card and told them this, they said I must discuss it with my insurance their job is just to give me a card. Can someone please help me, any suggestions or kind of help with be highly appreciated.
