Hollard claims department Must Fall

Hollard claims department sucks big time...... I received my claims card sms them and the card was never activated!!!!! On the document they don’t state the ETA as to how long it will take. I went to the shop wanting to purchase the item and the card got declined as it was not activated!!! The management team will need to take action and ensure that the claims department is working on weekends !!!! SHOCKING DAMN SERVICE DELIVERY
