Hollard Claim nightmare.

Waiting over a month for Hollard to finalize my claim. They keep promising to call and update me, but instead i keep calling them. I'm at my wits end. Please advise. The reviews on here with regards to them are scaring me. Its an ODP policy on my Renault Kwid that was a write off.
