Hollard Claim

I have been waiting for a claim from Hollard since last year October. I received one of the two ****** tv's i had claimed(32") and some cash for a ps3 game they couldn't find.

Now since last year December i sent a proof of ownership for a 40" tv and fifa 18 game that was also ****** from me, no feedback whatsoever.

I sent all necessary documents last year already, but the proof of the 40" was only requested after a lot of back and forth with the hollard agent .
