Hollard Cellphone Insurance Customer Account Misuse

Please help, where can I report customer account misuse by Hollard and other institutions like them?. I cancelled Hollards Cellphone insurance about two months ago and I just received a notification on my phone for their next premium charge.

This is terrible since it makes it look like these companies don't follow any rules a or laws as if they created them.
