Hollard Car Insurance disappointing

I pay my Insurance at Hollard every month for years now, previous older car also insured for 5-6 years. Never claimed before. They cannot even get a one star rating. As their quality of service is up to no good. I put in a Claim at Hollard Car Insurance as I accidently bumped my car in a tree, Auto Magic in Vereeniging was the Assessor, Dawie told me the Bumper and right Rear panel was NON-REPAIRABLE. But the quote or assesment estimate said repair not new, the guy Matthews from Auto Magic told me that Management told him that they will repair it first and if not working they will replace it. I told him that the Manager only saw photos not the car. My car is a 2016 car and stil under warranty. Two different panelbeaters also told me it is non-repairable. Today Matthews phoned me again stating that Park Panelbeaters that is more convenient for me is not ons the panel. But they were the repairer on Auto Magic Holdings Quote. Now they want to use Alfa Trio in Vereeniging that is not convenient for me at all because I live in Sasolburg and we work in Vanderbijlpark where Park Panelbeaters is situated. And Park Panelbeaters private quote is much more cheaper then Alfa Trio's quote.

The Lady Busisiwe did not even gave me a change to speak when she phoned me the last time. But when you must pay they gladly take your money!!!!!

Maybe I should move my insurance elsewhere.
