Hollard car accident claim

On Thursday 11/02/2021 i was involved in an accident ,the claim was submitted on Thursday via FNB and accepted on Friday by Hollard.i was asked to take pictures and submit it via the link provided.Once i submitted my pictures and information i received an sms saying an assessor will contact me and its now Tuesday 16/02/2021 and i have not received and feedback yet?? how long does it take for them to do their job??? I need my car fixed ASAP!
