Hollard Cancelled my Policy without any Prior Notification

<p>I have been a client of Hollard for more than 10 years and have paid my premiums every month without fail. I have 3 vehicles, household and buildings insured with hollard.</p> <p>This year I submitted 3 claims of which all were legitimate.</p> <p>1. White ants in my verandah beam. Claim was repudiated because they do not cover insects.</p> <p>2. My laptop bag with all my belongings were ****** from my vehicle. I locked my vehicle and the rhs door was open when i returned. Claim was repudiated due to no physical signs of break in and remote jamming is not covered. I raised this concern on HelloPeter as well.</p> <p>3. KZN experienced severe flooding in July and my embankment was washed away as a stream runs through my property. I have lived in this property for over 16 years and have never experienced any issues with this embankment before. Claim was repudiated because they say its poor maintenance. I appealed and directly after they issued the 2nd repudiation letter I received a cancellation letter.</p> <p>I could not believe that Hollard would cancel my policy based on claims they have repudiated...or is it because I raised my concern on HelloPeter...makes you think?</p> <p>Advice...do not keep all your eggs in one basket.</p> <p> </p>
