Hollard cancelled my insurance contract without communication or consent

Hollard cancelled my insurance contract without communicating with me because i took them to the Ombudsman, They requested that i do a road worthy for them to reinsurance me after a claim which i did however , i was surprised when the debit order didnt go off , they are so unprofessional and rude
