Hollard call center is worse than a nightmare

Worst call center experience I have ever witnessed. It is impossible to lodge a claim and the agents are highly unhelpful. I've been transferred from department to department like a lost sheep before someone decides to cut the call on me. Managers are never available....and even their email ethics are highly disgraceful given that their such a big company.
