Hollard at it again

I had a power failure at my home and the TV starts acting up (lines across the screen and switches off now and then ). Logged it with Hollard. Ref number 967987. Some guy comes out looks at and gone. Hollard now phones me and says it is normal wear and tear problem and is not covered. My question is that it only started after the power failure so is that normal wear and tear.....Hollard needs to catch a wake up. .....

As usual still waiting for hollards team to contact me....also what is the team going to say that it is different.....If this claim is rejected, then it is time to chance insurance companies......This is the reason we take out insurance so if hollard cannot hold up their end......then it is time for chance........
