Hollard and Stallion security are the worst companies ever

Hollard is the worst insurance ever. Never insure your car with Hollard if you want a cover for third party cover.I am on a process of claiming for a third party with Hollard, it’s been four months now of them taking me back and forth. I sent them a footage with evidence but still they are doing nothing, I was involved in an accident with their client who is Stalion security, they where passing in a convoy when Robots was Open for me. Someone passing when the Robot is closed they call them selfs securities and now they are not fixing my car. I think I need assistance on how I should handle this case.
