Hollard and it's useless service

Hollard is *********** to handle my personal insurance. I have not received any feedback from Hollard for 6 days on new additions to my policy nor request for updates or letter for cross border. This is a shocking insurance company to deal with and have pathetic service!!!!! I would never ever recommend Hollard and will cancel my policy with this company and it's *********** staff.
