Hollard and Game Cellphone Insurance

<p>Hi,</p> <p>I reported that my phone broke about three weeks ago and one of Hollard’s consultants informed me that they will come and pick it up during that week.</p> <p> It’s been over 2 weeks now and I still haven’t heard from them. I phoned again last week and I was told the same story.I have been trying to call them since this morning but their lines are always busy.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I took this insurance I was assured by Game Consultants that it will be covered with no hassle.</p> <p> Please explain to me why do I have to go through so much trouble when I have been paying for my insurance for almost a year now? I am really disappointed with their service .</p>
