Hollard and Fick Attorneys are bad for your money!

I took a legal policy with Hollard back in 2015 and kept paying my policy religiously without fail, even after I lost my job I would make sure that I hustle enough money to cover my policy. In 2020 I was unfairly dismissed at Discovery, and I took them to CCMA. I then called Hollard legal department to enlist their help with regards to being legally represented when taking on Discovery, they referred to me Fick Attorneys to represent me, then came time to be represented; the legal representative from Fick Attorneys sympathised with Discovery when they said they did not like the commissioner who was sitting the case, and she asked for the case to be postponed until we find a different commissioner. I was ****ed off but she made me understand (which I didn't but just felt like she knew what she was doing). Later on the attorney exchanges file bundles with Discovery (my enemy).

CCMA set another day with new commissioner to handle the case, I get there on the day and the attorney is nowhere to be found, I sent her a WhatsApp text which she read and never rep****. I called Hollard to inform them of what had transpired at the case, they gavee me a run around and sent me from pillar to post, stating that they can't get hold of the attorney... Two weeks though?! Do you understand the frustration of representing yourself and being cros****amined with all legal jargons while you're a laymen whose legal representative failed to pitch as expected? Funny, when I called Hollard again and they still couldn't provide the answers but were so rude to me.
