Hollard

I have a recent claim with hollard for a building and on the hail storm that happened on the 26 February 2021 and I did a claim same day, areas that were affected is carport, garage roof, net for a pool, cottage roof and ceiling, main house has leaks on the roof and the Landry roof and ceiling. The only approve carport, net for a pool and one area for the main house and what they have been telling me is that the reason was the roof was supposed to be water proofed but my question to them is the have approved a carport with is made and supported but ***** which the hail took it done but the roof which is more litter was not approve and the ceiling which was damage and fell down to some areas because of the heavy rain that was thru the roof. I am so disappointed in them as it not the first experience as I once claim for a lost cell phone but they took me pillar to post before I fought as they said I did not specify with the contants.
